General provisions

This Policy has been developed and applied in the NGO Lion King Foundation on the basis of Articles 23, 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data", Federal Law No. 12/19/2005160-FZ "On Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Individuals with Automated Processing of Personal Data", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 01, 2012. No. 1119 "On approval of requirements for the protection of personal data during their processing in personal Data information Systems", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 09/15/2008 No. 687 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Specifics of Personal Data Processing carried out without the use of automation tools", Order of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control dated February 18, 2013. No. 21 "On approval of the composition and content of organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems" and other regulatory and non-normative legal acts regulating the processing of personal data. This Policy defines the actions of the Operator in relation to the processing of personal data of individuals who have transferred their personal data for processing, the procedure and conditions for processing personal data, ensuring the security of personal data with and without the use of automation tools, establishes procedures aimed at preventing violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, eliminating the consequences of violations related to the processing of personal data. The Policy is designed to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of Personal Data Subjects when processing their personal data, as well as to establish the responsibility of the Company's persons with access to personal data of Personal Data Subjects for non-compliance with the requirements and norms governing the processing of personal data. This Policy does not apply to relations arising from the processing of personal data of the Operator's employees, applicants for vacant positions of the Company, since such relations are regulated by a separate local act; relations that are not covered by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" (clause 2 of Article 1 of the Federal Law). This Policy applies in particular, but not limited to, when navigating the site www.lkf.info without making an order for the provision of services, as well as when using the services offered on www.lkf.info , including without registration on www.lkf.info ; when registering on www.lkf.info ; when placing an order for www.lkf.info , in case of other use of the Site, in accordance with with the User Agreement.

Concepts used in this Policy:
Personal data — any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (Subject of personal data), which is confidential information of limited access, not constituting a state secret;
The subject of personal data is an individual, a carrier of personal data, whose personal data has been transferred to the Company for processing.
The operator of personal data is the NGO Lion King Foundation, a state body, a municipal body, a legal entity or an individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data processing is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology;
Dissemination of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons;
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
Blocking of personal data — temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed;
Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the identity of personal data to a specific Personal Data Subject without using additional information;
Use of personal data — actions with personal data performed by the Operator for the purpose of making decisions or performing other actions that generate legal consequences for the Subject of personal data or other persons or otherwise affect the rights and freedoms of the Subject of Personal data or other persons;
Personal data information system is a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
Cross—border transfer of personal data is the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the Personal Data Subject or the presence of a legitimate reason;
A website is a collection of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photos and videos, other results of intellectual activity, as well as computer software that provides publication for public viewing of information and data united by a common purpose, through technical means used for communication between computers and the Internet. The site is located on the Internet at: https://www.lkf.info;
The User is an individual acting in his own interests or in the interests of other persons, who has accepted the User Agreement posted on the Site, has access to the Site and uses it, regardless of the fact of registration on the Site.

Principles of PD processing

Processing of personal data on a legal and fair basis;

Restrictions on the processing of PD to achieve specific, predetermined and legitimate goals. The inadmissibility of processing PD that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting PD.

The inadmissibility of combining databases containing PD created for incompatible purposes;

Compliance of the content and volume of PD with the purposes of their processing;

Inadmissibility of processing PD excessive in relation to the stated purposes of their processing;

Ensuring the accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of the PD in relation to the purposes of processing;

Taking the necessary measures or ensuring that measures are taken to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate PD;

Storing PD in a form that allows you to identify the Subject of PD for no longer than the purposes of PD processing require;

Destruction of PD upon achievement of the goals of their processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these goals, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

PD processing conditions

PD processing is carried out with the consent of the Subject to the processing of his PD;

PD processing is necessary to achieve the goals stipulated by an international agreement of the Russian Federation or a law, to carry out and fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

PD processing is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which the PD Subject is a party or beneficiary or guarantor, including in the case of the Operator exercising his right to assign rights (claims) under such an agreement, as well as for concluding an agreement on the initiative of the PD Subject or an agreement under which the PD Subject will be the beneficiary or guarantor;

PD processing is necessary for the User to use the Site;

PD processing is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a judicial act, an act of another body or official to be executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings;

PD processing is necessary to protect the life, health or other vital interests of the PD Subject, if obtaining the consent of the PD Subject is impossible;

PD processing is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the PD Subject are not violated.

PD is being processed, access by an unlimited number of persons to which is provided by the PD Subject or at his request (hereinafter referred to as PD made publicly available by the Subject);

PD is being processed, which is subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
